Led the strategic development and positioning of BIM Is More as a key player in the digital transformation of the construction industry. The project spans the design of an integrated ecosystem combining advanced BIM training, industry events, and digital platforms. Activities included the creation of a structured educational offering (BIM Master and upcoming BIM Academy), the planning of a scalable event format in collaboration with industry stakeholders, and the development of marketing strategies to attract students and sponsors. The work also involved defining partnership models, sponsorship frameworks, and user-centric digital experiences (including LMS architecture and website strategy), with the goal of building a sustainable, replicable platform that connects education, innovation, and industry needs.
