Led the analysis and redesign strategy for Galluzzi Associati’s website, focusing on improving user experience, content clarity, and conversion effectiveness. The project involved auditing the existing site architecture, identifying usability and navigation issues, and proposing a new UX framework including homepage wireframing and a reorganised menu structure. The work also defined a clearer content hierarchy aligned with the firm’s services and target audience, alongside a strategic roadmap for implementation covering design, development, and optimisation phases. The outcome aimed to deliver a more intuitive, professional, and performance-oriented digital presence, capable of better communicating the firm’s value and supporting business growth.
